I'm keeping and eye on Visa and Mastercard's price fluctuations heading towards the holiday shopping season. Keep in mind, Visa and Mastercard are founded on a payment processing service, and do not issue unsecured credit, award credit lines to qualified consumers, or provide any financing vehicles to consumers.
